Greenland melts on cue
Here’s dramatic video of a Greenland iceberg collapsing while tourists watch. Some of the glaciers covering Greenland, the world’s largest island, are melting.
There’s some worry among geophysicists that the melting ice sheets will increase the weight of the oceans and even affect the rotation of the planet. Talk about unintended consequences. From industrial revolution to fossil fuel orgy to wobbling planet. Oh, goody.
