Nexsan gear now eligible for utility energy rebates

If you’re in California or in a Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) coverage territory, storage vendor Nexsan reports that its SATABoy and SATABeast disk storage systems are eligible for some of the PG&E data center equipment incentives. The feature that helped it make the cut is AutoMAID, which automatically manages the drives into the most appropriate energy-efficient state for its current level of activity.
