"Bravo!" says Brammo. The hope for equal treatment under the law.
The electric motorcycle industry has gotten a nice assist. The House of Representatives voted to give them equal status with car makers when it comes to government loan for electric vehicle development. The new language is contained in Advanced Vehicle Technology Act and passed the House recently. Its fate is now in the Senate.
Craig Bramscher, BRAMMO founder and CEO, says “Brammo appreciates the efforts of U.S. Representative Patrick J. Kennedy and the rest of the House to gain passage of this important amendment and we look forward to continuing our work with our industry coalition partners, Plug IN America, who was also instrumental in getting this legislation passed.”
Here’s my previous blog on Brammo’s electric cycles.
