Kivalina loses, can't collect for global warming

A federal judge has apparently handed Kivalina a defeat in the Alaskan village’s attempt to blame energy companies for global warming and the village’s possible need to relocate if ocean levels continue to rise. I say “apparently” as I have not found any general media coverage so far.
