Antarctic science denies global warming deniers

There’s a new study of climate over the millenia on Maxwell Bay in the South Shetland Islands of the Antarctic Peninsula. It goes back for fourteen thousand years and shows the current warming trend is unprecedented.

Says one British scientist on the study team, “At no time during the last 14 thousand years was there a period of climate warming and loss of ice as large and regionally synchronous as that we are now witnessing in the Antarctic Peninsula.”

The climate study used a geological core drilled through fourteen thousand years of sediment.

Lest anybody who believes there is science proving global warming, the deniers have on-going proof that the warming isn’t happening after all. It stopped three decades ago, in fact.

I continue to believe this argument will continue until Miami is under water.
