[UPDATED 03/27/08:  Apple has quietly updated the EULA.

Granted, not many people read EULAs, but at the end of the day is there any point since most are just gibberish.  Take a look at this weird clause (via The Register) in Apple’s EULA for Safari 3.1 for Windows:

Apple’s EULA nonsense

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions.
A. This License allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple Software on a single Apple-labeled computer at a time.

Sure thing Steve.  I can’t agree to those terms.

RE: Apple's EULA nonsense
What if I work on my MAC and the labels won't sick back on? Or can I take a printer label and print the word 'Apple' on it and then have a computer that's "'Apple' labeled"? Hmmm... Vague wording can work both ways...... (Read the rest)
