Ubuntu vs. Kubuntu
Simple question to start Monday with: Which is best, Ubuntu or Kbuntu? Why?
Last Friday I posted my first thoughts on Ubuntu 7.04 "Feisty Fawn" and this post was very well received (the feedback to this post has been amazing - I haven't had time to read or be as active in the TalkBack area as I like to be because of the pressures relating to a recent family illness, but thanks nonetheless!).
Some comments that I did noticed both in the TalkBack section and in the email that I received was that I should give Kubuntu a try. OK, sure, great idea. I'm downloading Kubuntu 7.04 right now and will hopefully have a chance to play with it later today, but I thought I'd make a post that asks two questions that might help me (and other readers) understand the differences between Ubuntu and Kubuntu:
- Which is best, Ubuntu or Kbuntu?
- Why?
Fire away!
