Earlier this month, memory vendor Corsair withdrew Dominator GT DDR3 RAM from the shelves amid concerns of higher than normal failure rates among Elpida “Hyper” integrated circuits. Well, good news for all you performance enthusiasts, Dominator GT RAM has now gone back on sale.

Corsair said that it has “worked very closely with Elpida to determine the root cause of the issue and to define the associated corrective actions to take” and are now “confident that every GT module using the Elpida Hyper IC Corsair ships from today will meet our strict quality and reliability standard.”

All Corsair RAM is backed by a lifetime warranty, so there’s no need to panic that you might be the owner of defective RAM because you can rest assured that you are covered.
