Is it more hassle to set up a Mac or a PC?

Dwight Silverman offers both sides of the argument:

Dwight’s put a lot of effort into these two posts and I think that he captures well the kind of setup that the systems need.  Dwight’s conclusions are that both require about the same level of setting up.

Thoughts?

I believe him.

I purchased a new Dell laptop last Christmas. I moved from a Compaq 1.6 GHz AMD Turion with 1 GB of RAM (running XP) to a Dell 3 GHz with 3 GB of RAM running Vista. The new laptop was probably half the speed of my old one, which I had unfortunately given away.... (Read the rest)
