Judge is mulling over Vonage testimony:decision likely by EOD
Athough a Federal appeals court devoted two hours this morning to Vonage's appeal that it continue to be allowed to sign up ew customers throughout the appeals process for its patent infringement dispute with Verizon, no ruling was immediately dictated from the bench.
Apparently, Judge Claude Hilton is more inclined to mull matters over rather than issue a ruling immediately.
Still, colleague Anne Broache reports that a decision is likely at any time.
That could mean by the end of today, Eastern Daylight.
