Andy Abramson, yours truly, and perhaps you have been concerned about inconsistencies in the voice quality of SkypeOut calls.

Hopefully, a new agreement between Skype and voice termination services solutions provider Teleglobe will help.

Teleglobe will provide call termination for SkypeOut. This will be accomplished via the Teleglobe VoIPLink service, a redundant, worldwide VoIP traffic exchange service that allows direct traffic exchange with Teleglobe owner VSNL’s global TDM/VoIP network.
