Nuvio to SunRocket orphans: we can set you up in "matter of minutes"
Nuvio Corporation is the latest to offer orphaned SunRocket customers a lifeline.
The company, which correctly boasts on its SunRocket conversion page that it “has been in business since 2003 and isn’t going anywhere,” says that within a scalable architecture already built to handle the presumed expansion of its customer base that would be handled by acquisitions, it has automated the process of moving SunRocket customers over in “a matter of minutes.”
Anecdotal evidence cited in a Nuvio press release mentions customers have told Nuvio customer service personnel that switches from SunRocket to competitors have been taking several days.
As part of the deal, Nuvio’s “Soft Landing” package for former SunRocket customers offers a tone-year residential service plan for $199.95 per year- essentially the same as what SunRocket offered.
The yearly plan is $199.00 plus a one time $9.99 activation fee, $9.95 number port fee and $11.88 E911 service fee
