SunRocket orphans, send me your switching stories

Are you one of the 200,000 or so ex-customers of SunRocket?

You are wanted.

You may be aware that just about every viable competitor of SunRocket is seeking your business.

Have you gone online to their sites and called them? What did they tell you? Did the phone or online rep seem knowledgeable about what their company could offer you to switch?

Better yet, are you switching now? What about your phone number? Are you keeping your old SunRocket number? How long is the switchover supposed to take?

Finally, what about your Internet phone equipment? Is your new, or prospective new, Internet phone provider going to let you keep it?

Send me your stories by means of Comments to this post. After a couple of days, I’ll round up some of your Comments and make a new post from that.
