Removed w/out explanation. Don’t you hate it when that happens?

Over the weekend, Pete Cashmore of Mashable.com picked up more than 550 diggs for a post featuring a YouTube video of a guy who successfully switched out the iPhone SIM card to make outgoing calls from his iPhone on the Telstra network, rather than AT&T.

But just checked, and the video is no longer available:

Clicking through, we learn that it has been “removed by the user.”

I just wonder whether the lawyers got to the guy who posted it.

But are you wondering?

Why has YouTube video of iPhone SIM card hack been removed?
