The Hillary Clinton campaign proclaims at her Website that each and every one of YOU can be HER “Citizen Co-Sponsor” of the Count Every Vote Act, "User Generated Politics" style:
Hillary understands that our right to vote faces grave risk, which is why she introduced the Count Every Vote Act. But she needs your help to make it a reality. Fill out the form to sign on as a “Citizen Co-Sponsor” of the Count Every Vote Act.
Filling out the “Be a Citizen Co-Sponsor” form (name, zip code, email address) unleashes a viral, circular chain of referral and email solicitations:

The Clinton “I need you to be my legislative co-sponsor" exhortation recalls the Web 2.0 cliché “users are in control.”
What is the Hillary Clinton campaign end-game? Perhaps to build an email fundraising database, perhaps to simply project a candidate profile of an effective legislator.
The actual history of the Count Every Vote Act, however, itself speaks to the effectiveness, or not, of the Senator Clinton legislative track record.
A March 7, 2007, press release declares: "Senator Clinton and Representative Tubbs Jones announce reintroduction of major election reform bill."
The “reintroduction” apparently represents the second time at bat for Senator Clinton. According to GovTrack.us:
The bill was proposed in a previous session of Congress. Sessions of Congress last two years, and at the end of each session all proposed bills and resolutions that haven't passed are cleared from the books. The bill never became law.
With her "Be my co-sponsor" viral campaign, Clinton really is counting on “User Generated Politics"!
