eBay PayPal vs. Google GBuy: Skype to 'send money'

eBay Skype functionality to include "send money, request money" option, according to Gizmodo reports:

The upcoming Skype version 2.5 apparently will let you send or request money to other users directly from the client software. Since eBay, Paypal, and Skype are all one big happy family, you’ll be able to Paypal money easily while chatting with the person you’re talking to.

While Google’s reported impending launch of an online payment system is speculated by some to be an eBay-PayPal killer, eBay continues to strengthen its presence through its "power of 3."
