What makes a good road warrior hotel?

I know Andy Abramson from working with him as part of the Nokia Nseries Blogger Relations program and love reading his VoIP Watch blog. Andy is a prolific blogger and also writes about his travels on his Working Anywhere blog. He just posted a very good blog entry that all of us road warriors may want to check out in regards to hotel expectations while on a business trip. Andy lists 15 things he wants to see in his hotel room and I have to admit he is spot on.

Isn’t it funny that the more expensive the hotel is, the more they charge you for internet access? Why can I get free fast access at Best Western, but not at the higher quality places? A couple of Andy’s desires that are most important to me are the wired and wireless functionality (why can’t there be both options for travelers?), plentiful power outlets, and a better quality TV. I would also like to add that I wish the TV had inputs for me to connect up my Zune or Nokia Nseries and use the TV-out functionality since so many hotel TVs seem to be “locked down”. Do you have anything else to add to the list?
