I just showed up at my local AT&T store here in Puyallup, WA and I am the first in line. Right now my 13 year old and 7 year old are in line with me and my 13 year old will stay the whole time so I can purchase 2 iPhones. The store manager just told me that you can buy one for each person in line at the local AT&T stores so that is very cool since I was thinking this was only possible at the Apple stores. So far no one else is here, but hey I am crazy that way and happy to be a geek. My wife wasn’t so keen on the idea, but she may change her mind if I give her an iPhone too.

iPhone first in line

2 more guys just got in line and they both plan to buy one and then ebay it. Oh well, I guess they are earning it by staying here for 24 hours.

UPDATE: It poured on us last night and I captured a quick video of us hiding under umbrellas. I have my extension cord for portable power and the AT&T employess went through a couple hours of training behind us in the store.
