Opera Mini 4One of the areas that people complain about most when it comes to mobile devices is the poor web browsing experience. The Apple iPhone provides users with a very good mobile experience, except for the EDGE wireless data connectivity. For owners of other mobile devices, Opera provides a free and very capable browser in Opera Mini. Opera Mini 4 has been in beta for a few months and has lived on my mobile devices, including Windows Mobile, S60, and BlackBerry devices. Opera just announced that Opera Mini 4 is out of beta and available now as a full release.

You can check out all the details of the improvements at the Opera Mini blog. Some of the great new features are support for Opera Link (wirelessly sync your bookmarks and speed dial to your Opera desktop version), landscape switching, support for native BlackBerry menus, virtual mouse mode, scrolling shortcuts, and more. You can download it directly via your phone’s browser, use your PC, or have a SMS link sent to your phone.
