This weekend I drove Tulku Thondup and his wife Lydia Segal to Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, where Tulku is teaching a weekend course on Healing Power of Mind, based on his book of the same title. He’s a prolific writer and scholar, who has published lots of books. A few years ago we travelled to eastern Tibet together, along with a few others, to see the monastery where Tulku grew up. If you are interested in topics related to Tibetan Buddhism, I urge you to attend one of his workshops. You can see the schedule here.

We had dinner with Dan Goleman and his lovely wife Tara Bennett-Goleman. Aside from being the best-selling author of Emotional Intelligence and a really smart guy, Dan is a very nice person.
