Topic: Risks of survival: An IT failures town hall discussion

Session description: We all face difficult decisions as we learn to cope in this new economic reality. To adapt successfully, we must be prepared to ask tough questions of the organizations for which we work and of ourselves. What do I need to do to keep the economic engine running? Beyond that, where am I likely to incur undue risk and how can I minimize those exposures? This IT failures town hall discussion will focus on hard questions for difficult times.Jonathan Yarmis, IT failures town hall
