Another day at OpenSource World/NGDC/CloudWorld
I’m looking forward to listening to Lew Tucker, CTO of Sun’s Cloud program group. Martin McCarthy, CEO of the 451 Group, and I spoke with him briefly yesterday afternoon. Lew is going to offer some really interesting insights on Cloud Computing.
Martin and I also spoke briefly with Dirk Hondel, CTO of Intel’s Linux efforts. Dirk is always fun. He is strongly opinionated and if one pushes a bit on some of the things Dirk says, he offers amazing insights into what’s happening in the world of Linux, Open Source in general and how that’s having an impact on mobile devices.
