Wordpress BBQ at Conjunctured Ranch
Now this is real Texas BBQ.
In San Francisco, shared work spaces are common, but I was surprised to see one in Texas. The locals here do say that this is like the Silicon Valley of the heartland.
Wordpress creator Matt Mullenweg came out to greet his fans and users.
Here is a picture of him with the founders of Conjunctured, the co-working space that hosted the event.
Over 250 people attended, according to Marianne Masculino of Automattic.
Cheezburgler Ben Huh and ROFLconner Tim Hwang came by too.
Girls In Tech sponsored cupcakes, and they were gone in minutes.
Sweet Leaf sponsored the tea, and Rudy’s brought the meat and potato salad.
