Starting today, you can easily view PDF documents in Google search results. (Discussion)

Search for a commonly downloaded form like a 1099 from the IRS. Click the “Quick View” icon, and a Google Doc will open up with the PDF where you can save, edit, or print.

With this move, Google is one step closer to becoming a host to the content, instead of just indexing it.
